UGANDA VIRTUAL TRAINING & PARTNERSHIPS
Practical AI and cybersecurity skills for Uganda’s next generation of innovators.
Live virtual learning. Applied projects. A partnership-led pathway from curiosity to capability.

A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE. UGANDAN ROOTS.
Dr. Robert Steven Owor is a Professor of Computer Science, technology educator, researcher, and academic leader at Albany State University in Georgia, USA.
He earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Auburn University. His academic journey includes study at Makerere University, connecting his educational roots in Uganda with a career in teaching, research, mentorship, and workforce development in the United States.
His Uganda-focused vision is to expand access to practical, affordable technology education through virtual instruction, institutional partnerships, and applied learning that responds to real community and business needs.
THE PROPOSED PILOT
